Initial visits are 90 minutes. Please complete your new patient forms directly on the Patient Portal at least 48 hours prior to your visit, so Dr. Sethi can review them in advance. (Login instructions for the secure Patient Portal will accompany your confirmation email).
All new patients are scheduled for an initial visit and then have the option to enter our Lifestyle Essential Program. This includes 5 follow up visits. Each of the visits in the Lifestyle Essentials Program are 60 minutes except for the initial visit which can range between 60-90 minutes.
Support between lifestyle essential program visits is provided by email and phone during regular business hours. There is no charge for a quick question. If more extended phone and email questions are required, this may result in a visit being booked.

Note: Dr. Sethi does not take call on evening and weekends.
Fees, Insurance and Special Access
The practice does not accept insurance. Appropriate superbills are provided upon request, for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Dr. Sethi has chosen a direct-pay model because insurance payments currently do not cover the amount of doctor-patient time and level of care she provides, and that she believes is most helpful to patients with conditions best treated by integrative medicine.

Initial 90 minute Discovery Visit: $500 (this includes the initial evaluation with suggested next steps and an introduction to the program). If 6 month program is purchased, then this fee is applied to the cost of the total program.
Fees are due at time of service and can be made with a credit or debit card, check, or HSA account.
Medicare holders can see Dr. Sethi, however Medicare will not reimburse for these visits.
Re-scheduling & cancellation policy
48 hours notice is required for a changed or cancelled appointment. A 50% cancellation fee will apply for a missed appointment.
Note: If you were seeing Dr. Sethi at Austin Regional Clinic, she urges you to maintain a primary care doctor there if you are required to provide one to your insurance company. ARC can also continue to meet your urgent care needs after hours or on weekends.
